We do not have any news updates for the moment. However, we all still have to stay alert to the risks of COVID-19. Please thoroughly take basic preventive measures such as washing hands, wearing a face mask and avoiding crowded places.

[16 prefectures take pre-emergency measures]

As of January 22nd 2022, following 16 prefectures are taking pre-emergency measures.

Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Gunma, Niigata, Gifu, Mie, Aichi, Kagawa, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Okinawa

Infections have taken place on such occasions as year-end party with coworkers and family dinner at home. In order to avoid further increse in confirmed cases, please refrain from gathering, talking loud and eating out in a large number. Also, make sure to ventilate regularly when you have an indoor meet-up.
