We do not have any news updates for the moment. However, we all still have to stay alert to the risks of COVID-19. Please thoroughly take basic preventive measures such as washing hands, wearing a face mask and avoiding crowded places.

[Vaccination for Children Aged 5 to 11]

The prefectures below have been added to the areas to take the pre-emergency measures.

Hokkaido, Aomori, Yamagata, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Ishikawa, Nagano, Shizuoka, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Shimane, Okayama, Fukuoka, Saga, Oita, Kagoshima

Also, the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare approved vaccination for children between the ages of 5 and 11. Japanese government is planning to deliver the vaccine doses from the end of Feburary, and start the vaccination from March. As for the vaccinations, please refer to the article below.
